RocketReach sells unlimited lookups. The catch sits one word over: exports.
RocketReach pricing starts at $329 a year for Essentials, $829 for Pro and $1,699 for Ultimate on annual billing. Monthly billing costs $49, $99 or $209 a month.
Every plan caps how many contacts you can push to a CSV, a CRM or the API. That cap sets your real cost per contact.
We read RocketReach’s pricing page, subscription terms and help center, then checked the seat math at 1, 2 and 5 seats.
Here’s what each plan includes, what an export costs you, and where the renewal fine print bites.
Key Points
- RocketReach pricing on annual billing is $329 a year for Essentials, $829 for Pro and $1,699 for Ultimate, per seat. Monthly billing costs $49, $99 or $209 a month, and Custom Team Plans start at $6,000 a year.
- Count exports, not lookups. Annual plans include 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 exports a year, which works out to about $0.27, $0.23 and $0.08 per export.
- Pick Pro if you need phone numbers or a CRM sync. Essentials is email only and lists no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
- Cancel before the renewal date if you plan to stop. Plans auto-renew for the same term, and the terms say all amounts paid are non-refundable.
How Much Does RocketReach Cost?
RocketReach costs $329 to $1,699 per seat per year on annual billing, or $49 to $209 per seat per month on monthly billing. Each plan is priced per seat, and a free account includes 3 lookups with no credit card.
| Plan | Annual billing (per year) | Monthly billing (per month) | Exports per year (annual) | Phone numbers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | None listed | No |
| Essentials | $329 | $49 | 1,200 | No |
| Pro | $829 | $99 | 3,600 | Yes |
| Ultimate | $1,699 | $209 | 20,000 | Yes |
| Custom Team Plan | From $6,000 | Not listed | Custom, pooled | Yes |
The annual plans read as $27, $69 and $142 a month on the pricing page. That’s the yearly bill split by 12. You pay the whole year at checkout.
One caveat worth being honest about: some guides list higher prices for the same plans.
Noon’s pricing guide shows $399, $899 and $1,699 a year, and $69 or $119 for monthly Essentials and Pro. The page we read showed the lower figures with a “Save 50%” badge. So check the total on the checkout screen before you pay.

What Does the RocketReach Essentials Plan Include?
Essentials is the email-only plan. It costs $329 a year per seat, or $49 a month on monthly billing.
On annual billing you get unlimited email lookups and 1,200 exports a year. On monthly billing you get 100 lookups and 100 exports a month. Every plan also lets you send up to 500 emails a day from RocketReach.
Say you’re a solo recruiter who works inside the RocketReach app. You look up 30 candidates a day, copy the emails by hand, and export only the ones worth a CSV. Essentials fits that week fine, and the verified email is all you need.
But the moment you want those contacts in your CRM, the plan runs short. The pricing page lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn only from Pro up.
Pricing: $329 a year per seat on annual billing, or $49 a month on monthly billing.
Best For
- Solo users who email prospects and don’t call them.
- Small lists that stay inside the RocketReach app.
Pros
- Lowest entry price at $329 a year.
- Unlimited email lookups on annual billing.
- MCP and API access on the cheapest paid plan.
Cons
- No phone numbers at all.
- No CRM integrations listed on the pricing page.
- Only 5 active Autopilot jobs.
What Does the RocketReach Pro Plan Include?
Pro is the middle plan, and RocketReach labels it “Best Value”. It adds mobile and direct phone numbers to every lookup.
Annual billing costs $829 per seat and brings unlimited lookups plus 3,600 exports a year. Monthly billing costs $99 and caps you at 250 lookups and 250 exports a month. Pro also adds technographics, news, org charts and 10 active Autopilot jobs.
Here’s the real reason to pay the extra $500. Pro is the first plan with the Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn integrations. Any push to those tools draws on your exports, so the 3,600 cap is your sync budget too.
Say a two-person agency team calls and emails founders every week. Pro covers both channels, and the CRM stays up to date without a CSV in between.
Pricing: $829 a year per seat on annual billing, or $99 a month on monthly billing.
Best For
- Sales reps and recruiters who call as well as email.
- Teams that sync contacts into a CRM.
Pros
- Phone numbers included in every lookup.
- CRM and sales tool integrations start here.
- Unlimited lookups on annual billing.
Cons
- 3,600 exports a year is about 300 a month.
- Monthly billing drops you to 3,000 exports a year.
- No intent data or Salesforce custom mapping.
What Does the RocketReach Ultimate Plan Include?
Ultimate is the volume plan. It costs $1,699 a year per seat, or $209 a month, and it lifts the export cap to 20,000 a year on annual billing.
That cap changes the math more than the price does. Ultimate exports cost about $0.08 each on annual billing, against $0.23 on Pro. Ultimate also adds intent data, healthcare data, Salesforce custom mapping and 25 active Autopilot jobs.
Say you run a lead list service and pull 1,500 contacts into Salesforce each month. Pro runs dry in under three months. Ultimate covers the whole year with room to spare.
Monthly billing is the trap here. It costs $209 a month for 1,000 exports a month, or 12,000 a year. That’s 8,000 fewer exports than the annual plan, for a higher yearly bill.
Pricing: $1,699 a year per seat on annual billing, or $209 a month on monthly billing.
Best For
- Teams that export thousands of contacts a month.
- Healthcare recruiters who need the healthcare data set.
Pros
- 20,000 exports a year on annual billing.
- Lowest price per export of any self-serve plan.
- Intent data and Salesforce custom mapping included.
Cons
- $1,699 per seat adds up fast on a team.
- Monthly billing cuts exports to 12,000 a year.
- Unlimited lookups still follow the fair use cap.
What Do RocketReach Custom Team Plans Include?
Custom Team Plans start at $6,000 a year, and you buy them through sales. RocketReach doesn’t publish a seat count or export total for them.
What the pricing page does list: company exports, custom exports, pooled credits, customizable packages, a dedicated account manager and higher API limits. Pooled credits matter most. Self-serve plans list one export cap per plan. So one busy rep can run dry while a quiet one sits on unused exports.
Say five recruiters share a single requisition list. One person exports most of the contacts. A shared pool fits that pattern better than five separate caps.
The $6,000 floor also gives you a test. Five seats of Ultimate on annual billing cost $8,070, so a quote is worth asking for at that size. Five seats of Pro cost $3,940, which sits well under the floor.
Pricing: from $6,000 a year, quote only.
Best For
- Teams of five or more with uneven export needs.
- Companies that need company-level exports or higher API limits.
Pros
- One shared credit pool for the whole team.
- A dedicated account manager.
- Packages built around your volume.
Cons
- No public price beyond the $6,000 floor.
- Sales call required to buy.
- Priced per year, with no monthly option listed.
How Do RocketReach Lookups and Exports Work?
RocketReach meters two separate things. A lookup reveals a contact’s verified email or phone inside RocketReach. An export moves that contact out of RocketReach, to a CSV, a CRM, the API or an MCP client. Annual plans make lookups unlimited and cap exports, so exports set your bill.

Lookups Reveal Contacts Inside the App
A lookup credit gets used when you click Get Contact Info, add contacts from the Chrome extension, or run a multi-select lookup in People Search.
RocketReach charges one lookup only when a profile returns at least one verified email or phone. If nothing verified comes back, the lookup gets refunded. Looking up the same person twice doesn’t cost a second credit either.
On monthly billing, lookups reset on your billing date. Unused lookups expire after 12 months or when you cancel, whichever comes first.
Exports Move Contacts Out of RocketReach
An export credit gets used for each contact with verified data that leaves RocketReach. That covers CSV downloads, Autopilot bulk exports, CSV enrichment uploads, CRM syncs, Zapier, API calls and MCP access.
Re-exporting the same contact is free. Searching is free on every plan too.
Here’s the problem: almost every useful workflow counts as an export. If your team lives in a CRM, every contact you send there draws on the cap. Annual exports also arrive as one yearly pool and don’t refill monthly.
Unlimited Lookups Stop at 10,000
The subscription agreement limits unlimited plans to 10,000 searches and 10,000 lookups in any rolling 30-day period. RocketReach can also add per-minute, hourly or daily limits.
Most solo users never get near it. A team sharing one seat, or an Autopilot job running all day, can.
The terms also say you’ll be charged for credits used beyond your export allotment. RocketReach doesn’t publish a price per extra export, so ask before you go over.
Top Tip: Check Usage & Billing in Account Settings once a month. It shows your export balance, and the annual pool won’t top itself up.
Which Is Cheaper: RocketReach Pricing on Monthly or Annual Billing?
Annual billing costs less on every plan and grants more exports on Pro and Ultimate. Monthly billing only makes sense for a short project you’ll cancel.
| Plan | Monthly billing for 12 months | Annual billing | You save on annual | Exports per year (monthly vs annual) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $588 | $329 | $259 | 1,200 vs 1,200 |
| Pro | $1,188 | $829 | $359 | 3,000 vs 3,600 |
| Ultimate | $2,508 | $1,699 | $809 | 12,000 vs 20,000 |
Example: Pro on monthly billing costs $99 x 12 = $1,188 a year for 3,000 exports. The annual plan costs $829 for 3,600 exports. You pay $359 less and get 600 more exports.
The trade-off is commitment. Annual billing charges the full year up front. You keep access until the term ends, but you don’t get money back if you stop early.
So run the monthly plan for two or three months if you’re unsure. Then switch once you know your export volume.
What Does RocketReach Cost per Export?
RocketReach costs about $0.08 to $0.49 per export, depending on the plan and billing. We divided each plan’s price by its export allowance to get these figures.

| Plan | Annual price per export | Monthly price per export |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $0.27 | $0.49 |
| Pro | $0.23 | $0.40 |
| Ultimate | $0.08 | $0.21 |
The gap is wide. Ultimate on annual billing costs about a third of Pro per export, and a sixth of monthly Essentials.
But cost per export only counts if you use the exports. A Pro seat that exports 900 contacts a year pays about $0.92 per contact, not $0.23.
Example: $829 / 900 exports = $0.92 per export. Plug in your own yearly export count to see your real rate.
This is why we’d size the plan from last quarter’s exports, not from the lookup limit. Lookups are unlimited on annual billing. Exports are the thing you’re buying.
How Does RocketReach Pricing Work for Teams?
RocketReach charges per seat and takes 5% off when you add seats. The pricing page shows the totals as you raise the seat count.
| Plan | 1 seat | 2 seats | 5 seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $329 | $626 | $1,565 |
| Pro | $829 | $1,576 | $3,940 |
| Ultimate | $1,699 | $3,228 | $8,070 |
These are annual billing totals per year. At two seats or more, the per-seat monthly rate drops to $27, $66 and $135.
Example: five Pro seats cost $829 x 5 = $4,145 at the single-seat price. The pricing page shows $3,940, so the seat discount saves $205 a year.
Adding a seat to Pro also adds shared team tags to the plan list. Self-serve plans list exports per plan, and pooled credits appear only under Custom Team Plans.
Here’s a fair rule for a growing team. Under five people, buy self-serve seats. At five or more on Ultimate, the $6,000 Custom Team Plan floor sits below the $8,070 self-serve total, so get a quote first.

What Should You Know About RocketReach Cancellation and Refunds?
RocketReach plans auto-renew for the same term, and the subscription agreement says all amounts paid are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation only stops the next renewal.
The details matter most on annual billing:
- Renewal: monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, at the standard price.
- Refunds: the terms say you won’t get a refund of any kind if you cancel or close your account.
- Access: you keep your plan features until the end of the term you paid for.
- How to cancel: use your account page, or email support@rocketreach.co with a notice of non-renewal.
The terms also allow price changes with written notice. Any change takes effect at your next term, not mid-term.
Monthly users lose more on the way out. Unused monthly lookups expire when you cancel, so use them before the last billing date.
Annual users face the bigger bill. A missed renewal date on Pro means another $829 per seat, charged at the start of the new term. Since the terms rule out refunds, the cancel button only helps if you press it early. Treat the renewal date like a bill due date, not a suggestion.
Top Tip: Set a calendar reminder two weeks before your annual renewal. It’s the only window where a no costs nothing.
Which RocketReach Plan Fits Your Team?
The right RocketReach plan depends on two numbers: whether you need phone numbers, and how many contacts you export each year. Start from those, not from the lookup limit.
Four checks help you decide:
- Phones: if you call prospects, skip Essentials. Pro is the first plan with mobile and direct numbers.
- CRM sync: if contacts must land in Salesforce or HubSpot, start at Pro. Essentials lists no CRM integration.
- Export volume: under 1,200 a year fits Essentials, under 3,600 fits Pro, and anything near 20,000 needs Ultimate.
- Team size: at five or more Ultimate seats, ask for a Custom Team Plan quote.
Most small sales teams and recruiters land on Pro with annual billing. It covers both channels and the main CRMs at $829 a seat. The seat discount then trims 5% for each seat you add.
If your team is still choosing a CRM, our roundup of CRMs for small businesses compares the main picks. And if outreach volume is the open question, our post on SDR playbooks for high-volume outreach walks through both approaches.
Once the list is built, the follow-up work still needs an owner. A project tool like Onethread can hold the outreach tasks, deadlines and handoffs in one place.
What Should You Do Next With RocketReach?
RocketReach pricing looks like a lookup product, but you pay for exports. The plan that fits is the one whose export cap matches what your team sends to a CSV, a CRM or the API each year. Once you know that number, the plan choice takes about a minute.
So pull last quarter’s export count, multiply by four, and match it to the 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 caps before you pick a plan. If you’re still unsure, run one month of Pro on monthly billing and watch the export balance. The number on that screen beats any price table, ours included.
FAQs
Does RocketReach Offer a Free Trial?
No, RocketReach doesn’t list a time-limited trial of a paid plan. It offers a free account instead, with 3 lookups and no credit card required. That’s enough to check a few contacts, not to judge data quality across a list. To test RocketReach pricing against real volume, a single month on monthly billing is the cheapest paid test.
Do RocketReach Credits Roll Over?
Yes, on monthly plans, but only for a while. RocketReach’s help center says unused monthly lookup credits expire after 12 months or when you cancel, whichever comes first. Annual plans grant exports as one yearly pool that doesn’t refill monthly. The help center doesn’t say whether unused annual exports carry into the next term, so ask support before renewal.
Can You Buy More RocketReach Exports?
Yes, but RocketReach doesn’t publish the price. The subscription agreement says you’ll be charged for credits used beyond your export allotment, and the help center suggests upgrading or buying more export credits. Since RocketReach pricing for extra exports isn’t listed, ask support for the rate. Upgrading from Pro to Ultimate may cost less per export.
How Much Does the RocketReach API Cost?
The RocketReach API comes with every paid plan, so there’s no separate API fee. API calls that return contact data use export credits, and search calls are free. That means API cost equals your plan’s cost per export. Higher API limits sit in Custom Team Plans, which start at $6,000 a year.
Is RocketReach Worth It for a Small Team?
Yes, if your team exports close to its cap. Pro at $829 a seat a year covers emails, phone numbers and the main CRM integrations. It’s poor value if each seat exports a few hundred contacts a year, because the effective price per export climbs past $1. Count last quarter’s exports before you buy.
